1. Why should I refill my
cartridges??
The question you should be asking is Why shouldn't you refill your
empty cartridges. Not only that you save money by using a refilled
cartridges, you are also helping the environment.
2. How much saving are we talking
about?
How much you can save may varied depend on what kind of cartridges you
have; however, we guarantee you a saving of 40%, or more, on your
refilled cartridges.
3. How many times can a inkjet
cartridge be refilled?
This is variable depending upon the type of cartridge you have, and
how well you look after it. For example, we have seen evidence of a
Canon BC-02 being refilled many times. It seems a color always
runs out before the others, and if you continue to print, the heat
resistors in the print head will burn out. Cartridges with print head(
HP, Lexmark) in average can be refilled up to 3 time without any
visible damage to the print head, however, we have seen customer who
only does regular printing (no photo printing) still be very satisfied
with their HP 78 cartridges that has already been refilled 7 time.
4. How good is your ink?? Are
they just as good as the original inks?
At refill tech, we only use special formulated ink for each specific
type of ink & laser toner cartridges. Our ink & toner are
tested to be compatible and meet the OEM's standard. Come and
check out some of our sample picture displayed in our store and we
guarantee that you will be totally amazed with the result.
5. How long does it take for you
to refill my inkjet cartridge?
It takes a average of 5 to 10 minutes for us to refill one inkjet
cartridges, and that include process of refilling, inspecting, and
actual testing on our available testing machine. However, cartridges
that have been empty for a period of time may required additional
cleaning before it can be refilled and reused, of course, there's no
additional charge for cartridges cleaning, but the cleaning process
may take up to a few hours depend on its condition. This is why we
recommend all our customer to have their empty cartridges
refilled as soon as they can.
6. Is my printer's manufactures
warranty voided if I use refilled cartridges??
Only if they can prove that the damage or the failure of printer is
caused by the cartridges. The Trade Practices Act protects customers
who use another suppliers cartridge, and IT'S GUARANTEE THAT OUR INK
AND TONER IS 100% COMPATIBLE WITH THE OEM'S.
7. Is there any reduction in the
print quality?
There should be no change in quality using inks and toner that are
specially formulated for use in your printer.
8. Are recycled laser cartridges
inferior to a new cartridge?
Not at all. There should be no difference in print quality of
all our cartridges. Like we do with ink refills, we use
the best toner specifically designed for each individual laser
cartridge available, and replace all wearing parts in the toner
cartridge. The extensive quality and testing procedures, even
before the cartridge leaves the premises, ensure best print quality
every time, backed by our 100% money back guarantee.
9. Why does my printer still says
"low toner" or "low ink" after I get my cartridges
refilled??
If you have a inkjet printer, since most Epson printer cartridges have
a computer chips that estimate the ink level inside of the cartridges,
and we reset the chip every time during the refilling process, this
particular problems often occurs on non-Epson inkjet printer. After
installing your refilled cartridges (or even brand new OEM cartridges)
back to your printer, you should always notify the printer that the
cartridges is new so that the printer will restart the estimation
cycle. The notification can be done right after the installation with
either the printer itself, or the printer software you have installed
on your computer. If you have a laser printer, and many of the recent
laser cartridges require a computer chip, please be aware that we are
unable to replace some of the computer chips on some rare or new
models because the replacements are not yet available. However, you
should be able to bypass the "low toner" message and
continue to use the original chips on your remanufactured laser
cartridges. Please check your printer user guide for detail
instruction on how to do so.
